Band Application

Thank you so much for registering your interest to appear on our stages, we treasure every one of you guys because without you our Festival just couldn't take place! I know its a tad boring but please read the notes below as they are really important. Promise!

• Severn Wells Festival is a charitable organisation who's mission plan is to raise as much money through donations, to support Malvern charities that are experiencing the current tough times.

• We also like to be organised! Our designated Stage Manager is in charge of all things, well mostly, so if you have any special requirements/requests please pop them in the notes section of the form. After all, if we don't know then we can't help make the experience as amazing as possible for you!

• Our Media Team will be in full swing on the day, taking photographs, videoing and keeping our Social Meida channels alive and buzzing. You guys are incredibly welcome to use any published images for your own publicity materials, but all we ask that you cite the original photographer (they work exceptionally hard!).

• If you are picked, but cannot attend for whatever reason (things happen after all), please please let us know as soon as possible. We want to give every performer as much notice as we can, and fill every available slot with you wonderful people!

• We will also be holding many fundraising events throughout the year, and need bands to make them rock! Would you like to take part? They are always great fun, great photo opportunities and you'll give our guests a sneak preview of your unique style! Every musician/band that takes part will automatically be included in our Showcase section and popped into the next Newsletter to boot!

We cannot accept applications from overseas, it's simply not fair on you guys to have to come so far and we cannot help with travel and accommodation expenses. Sorry!

The Festival dates will be confirmed in the New Year and everyone chosen will be contacted directly to make arrangements.
