Stallholders

Hi! Thank you so much for be interested in having a pitich at our festival! We are aiming to provide our guests with as much variety as possible, from face-painters, rides, amusements, fantastic food and of course for the grown-ups alcoholic/non-alcoholic refreshments

  • The Festival is an outdoor event, on grass! Please keep this in mind as the Malvern weather can be particually unpredictable, from baking sun to torrential downpours.

  • We are unfortunately unable to provide power or running water but there will be plenty of bins made available for rubbish disposal.

  • Many stallholders use their own mini-generators/gas supplies when needed, it will be your responsibility to adhere to Health & Safety regulations and to ensure the common is protected from damage.

  • We will be enforcing a strict "No Glass" policy, so please only provide plastic glasses to your customers. Being an open space we must ensure Festival goers, and the general public, are kept safe from inconsiderate disposal of drinks containers.

  • No vehicles can be kept onsite unless converted to sell goods. Setup time should be allowed for your transport to be moved to the hard-standing car park further down Cockshot Lane (the first car park will be reserved for Blue Badge holders only). This is part of the Health & Safety and Risk Assessment we have with the site trustees.

  • All vendors must have a current Public Liability Insurance and an up-to-date Hygiene Certificate where appropriate. Due to our license agreement we will ask for a copy which will be held on-site if/when required for inspection.

  • There are no pitch fees, but all we ask is for a reasonable donation to be made based on how well your stall does on the day! Sounds good? Awesome!
